Environment
In many cases, using cling film and aluminium foil is better for the environment than using food storage boxes. The film cutter allows the film to be cut very precisely so nothing is wasted.
Food storage boxes are indeed reusable, however this means that each cleaning process uses a lot of water. This isnt necessary for disposable products such as this film.
The film tubes within the refill rolls are made from cardboard to enable easy recycling.
