Heres 2oz of KICK CARRAGEENAN Granules you can use at the end of your boil to help make brilliantly clear beer. It improves both hot and cold breaks. Kick Carrageenan is composed of highly refined kappa carrageenan. Kick Carrageenan is manufactured using high quality materials, resulting in a product that is odorless and low-dust. This product is similar to WHIRLFLOC, being an enhanced extract of red Irish Moss and polysaccharides. Kick is superior to either of those two fining agents used by itself. Kick works the same way by binding to haze-forming proteins and other small particles and flocculates rapidly.

Kick had the same main ingredients as the WhirlFloc but this is an easy to use powder for small batches. Kick is manufactured using high quality materials and equipment. The convenient granular form makes using it for small batches simple. Just add 1-2 grams into the boiling wort 5 minutes before flame out.
